You are passionate about IT security and are looking for a career in IT security. You are interested in planning, implementing and developing the right security components for companies. Become an expert in IT security topics with our help. What can you expect  from us? 
You will provide remote service activities for our customers' security systems. You analyze errors in customer systems and are responsible for rectifying them. You take over system installations and the independent planning and implementation of changes. Collaboration with technology experts to solve complex problems. Your focus is on content security (mail, web, cloud and proxy). Collegial cooperation in a strong support team, organized according to ITIL best practices. 
What do you bring with you? 
Completed training in the technical field or a relevant degree. Professional experience in IT security. Sound technological expertise in the area of content security. Ideally, initial experience with content products from at least one of the manufacturers (Trellix, SkyHigh (formerly McAfee), Cisco, Sophos, Zertificon, CheckPoint, or Fortinet). You have very good German language skills (B2 level) and good written and spoken English skills.
